Fleetwood Under Glass
Fleetwood has no souvenirs known to it’s name, but I have created a recycled mason jar snow globe to become the towns newest attraction, which can be handmade and sold to tourists and the local community to enjoy and take home a piece of Fleetwood.
This project explores the form and design of a building which holds workspaces, classrooms, accommodation and public spaces. Together, these rooms transform my design into a building dedicated to craftsmanship and an appreciation for the community's identity and place.

Using the inspiration from Aldo Rossi’s architecture, I developed and designed the facade of my building.
During this stage, I explored different colours, textures and materials which could potentially fit my design, and eventually decided on using contrasting colours on a ‘light and heavy’ building concept.
